Let's face it, because of the season there is no escaping Christmas music. There are several options to try to avoid it, but some aren't as successful as others. For example, you can simply shut the radio/TV off. You could also just scream at the top of your lungs. I wouldn't recommend the latter in any public retail facility, however.
I've been doing a lot of thinking about the amount of music shoved at you during the holiday season, as well as several of the wretched remakes of classics that seem to appear more and more every year. So starting December 1 and carrying through until Christmas Day, I'll present to you my top 25 Christmas songs. I'm limiting myself to one version of each title. Occasionally I'll have an "honorable mention" or two, but there will be no repeats. And remember, these are my favorites... Starting November 30, I'll give you the ones that didn't even make the cut.
